Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product.

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for return, but a ₹100–₹150 return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address
  • Refund for COD orders will be processed via:
    • UPI / Bank Transfer / Store Credit

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order after delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You can return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • We will notify you about approval
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI / Bank Transfer / Store Credit

It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
